Can I schedule an appointment ?
-No appointment is needed as we take 1st come/1st serve walk-ins (Monday-Friday) starting at 8:00 a.m. Can't make it by 8:00 a.m., its totally fine due to us offering between 8:00 a.m.-10:00 a.m for morning walk-ins; between 1:00 p.m.-2:00 p.m for afternoon walk-ins. ((CLOSED BETWEEN 12NOON AND 1:00 P.M. FOR LUNCH))
How long does the process take ?
Whole process takes about 1 hour and half for each assessment. Its basically a process that's filled with completing paperwork and meeting with an assessment counselor to discuss further treatment options.
What all I need to bring?
Photo I.D. is helpful but not required
How much is the initial assessment ?
It's a free AODA comprehensive screening for Milwaukee County Residents
Do you guys offer the same services as Impact(211) ?
Yes, Impact does the same services as we but they have an extra piece that's added that M&S Clinical can not touch and/or handle. Anyone looking to get their Drivers License back due to an OUI/OWI can call impact directly so that they can get setup with an appointment for an "IDP", which is an "Intoxicated Drivers Program". When do you do HEPC Testings
HEPC Testings are done Mondays 9am - 12pm
